The Road to a Successful ERP Selection Starts With an Assessment
A faith-based foundation was ready to move on from their outdated financial management software and remedy the inefficient processes tied to that system. Over the years, the organization had implemented several newer systems to meet specific functional needs, but the core financial application, Navision, did not easily integrate with those systems.
As the first phase of a multi-phase strategy, Build worked with the foundation to assess its current ERP-related systems and financial processes. Build delivered findings and recommendations for future improvements and shared detailed requirements for use in a future ERP selection. Ultimately, we scoped a future where data at the foundation is collected and utilized to better inform strategic decisions, reporting capabilities are dramatically improved, and organizational insights are available from anywhere. This vision was critical to inform the next phase of the process, selecting and implementing an ERP solution.
