Content Management Directory Technology Assessment and Roadmap for a Membership Group

The Story

A membership group assisting individuals pursuing personal goals through workshops and fostering relationships with directors and industry professionals, contacted Build to assess the challenges with the current member management systems. The staff recognized a need for new automated processes to alleviate the time-consuming manual tasks. The highly customized directory could not accommodate daily email distributions of new membership opportunities, payment processing, event registrations, and other intricate data entry needs.

Build provided an assessment of the content management directory and revealed top pain points. We addressed known challenges and provided counsel for additional improvements enabling staff to focus on higher-level cultivation opportunities. Utilizing our roadmap findings, Build guided the organization towards a software selection that would transform operations through technological innovation.
