The Story
A faith-based advocacy nonprofit, organizing its members to act to end hunger in the United States and throughout the world, was struggling to manage its member and donor data. Many departments were suffering to make data-driven decisions and accurately report performance.Â
Build Consulting helped document and enhance member and donor management operations, improved the implementation of—and integration between—major information systems, led a data cleanup effort, and provided long-term CRM data management and support.
