Streamlining development operations by selecting a new fundraising CRM

The Story

A museum foundation needed to select a new fundraising CRM to replace Raiser’s Edge NXT that would centralize and streamline the following business processes and workflows: donor cultivation and retention, pledge and grant management, event registration, email marketing, and analytics and reporting.

Following several discovery meetings with the project team, Build Consulting researched and pre-qualified over ten potential solutions, evaluated each of them against the foundation’s top functional requirements and strategic goals, and then facilitated a comprehensive decision-making process for the organization. Ultimately the foundation selected a CRM solution that Build felt confident would maximize their return on investment (ROI) and result in effective use for at least the next five years.
