Rachel Elmore brings more than ten years of working in nonprofit environments with complex systems, integration, and data requirements. Most recently, Rachel led data and analytics for the Lymphoma Research Foundation. Over the course of her career, Rachel oversaw data operations across a diversity of stakeholder departments and their incumbent systems.  

Rachel brings an operational lens to her work – understanding how technology and data drive staffing, the way people work, and how organizations modernize complex CRM solutions, including fundraising applications. Rachel, through her coaching certifications, is also a key contributor to our work to ensure that individuals, teams, and organizations are successful as they undergo technology changes.
