Cloud CRM Investment Strategy for Homeownership Counseling Organization
The Story
A nonprofit homeownership counseling and support organization was looking towards the future of its technology capabilities. It sought a cloud-based client and case management system that could satisfy the complex reporting requirements of various funders (including government agencies) and accept complex data imports from affiliated third–party service partners.
Build performed a highly focused assessment that mapped the enterprise cloud CRM landscape relative to the organization’s requirements. The findings outlined the pros and cons of several major cloud CRM platforms and the 5-year total cost of ownership for each. The organization was confident that the findings contained a reliable set of information, and a navigable decision-making framework, on which to base future investment decisions.
