Extensive Organization and Technology Assessment For Youth Services Nonprofit

A nonprofit organization that provides programs focused on training and support for effective youth services realized they had multiple opportunities to modernize the delivery of their services for improved constituent and employee experiences. The organization wanted to identify software platforms for the future, understand how these platforms could work together, and identify the necessary projects to develop a suite of highly effective, cloud-based systems. 

Build conducted an extensive organizational assessment and developed an 18-month roadmap to help the organization approach the transformation it was seeking. These transformations included how the organization supports collaboration, productivity, and knowledge management, as well as the steps needed to develop requirements, select, and implement future ERP and CRM systems. Build made further recommendations to improve core IT infrastructure across three separate offices including phone systems, transition to cloud-based file storage, backup and security improvements, and modernizing network, server, and workstation hardware.
