Jacquelyn has more than 15 years of experience in technology consulting with a focus on enterprise software implementations in the nonprofit sector.

Jacquelyn has served in various project team roles such as functional consultant, product SME, business analyst and testing lead, to management roles as a project sponsor and practice manager. Outside of implementation work she has managed large cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, developed new service offerings and implementation methodologies, as well as estimated, scoped, and written various types of professional services contracts.

Her collaborative and detail-oriented nature, love for problem solving, and proven ability to work across teams to accomplish complex projects allow Jacquelyn to truly partner with her clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
