Lydia’s experience spans federal government, nonprofit and for-profit operations, bringing expertise to visualizing organizational goals and working to implement action plans.  

After leading international training programs at USDA, Lydia was Vice President at the Food Bank For New York City. Lydia guided the Food Bank’s enterprise technology upgrades, including a multi-year Salesforce selection and implementation, with board and budget alignment, change management and communication plans. With a deep understanding of the nonprofit technology landscape, Lydia also worked at Cloud for Good, a Salesforce implementation partner which exclusively serves nonprofits, faith-based institutions, and higher education. Lydia enjoys helping mission-led organizations to align internal strategies for success. This includes optimizing staff resources and processes, focusing on business continuity, and managing costs.   

After graduating University of Maryland, Lydia went on to obtain a certificate in Project Management from NYU.
