Build Consulting Founding Partners David Deal and Kyle Haines are excited to announce that Debbie Cameron has joined the leadership team of Build Consulting as a Partner, effective May 1, 2022.
Strong change management experience and client services focus to round out senior leadership team.
Debbie has more than twenty-five years of experience in the nonprofit technology and professional services space. Debbie has extensive experience with enterprise technology change and building great teams to support nonprofits through that change. Her focus on high-caliber client services will be instrumental as Build continues to grow and support the nonprofit community in expanded and innovative ways.
Since 2017, Debbie has contributed her professional services and nonprofit technology leadership to Build Consulting as a Managing Consultant. She has helped build strong teams and great client relationships that grow the impact of Build Consulting on the nonprofit community.
In addition to serving as the Managing Consultant for Build she led the development of Build Consulting’s change management practice. Prior to joining Build Consulting, Debbie led the multi-year constituent relationship management transformation at the World Wildlife Fund that brought together diverse stakeholders ranging from data scientists to relationship managers.
Prior to her work with nonprofits, Debbie began her career at Anderson Consulting in the Enterprise Technology practice and then worked for Bearingpoint as an Engagement Manager in the State, Local and Education practice. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech.
