Assessment and Technology Roadmap Realignment for Faith-Based Foundation

A faith-based foundation that supports summer camps all over North America was having technological growing pains as their organization rapidly expanded. While a more team-centric, start-up approach worked for many years, the lack of institution-wide systems was hindering growth and causing confusion and frustration amongst the staff and other key stakeholders.

Build conducted an assessment to determine the foundation’s biggest challenges, which included significant internal misalignment regarding the goals and expectations for technology use. To address these obstacles, we developed a roadmap for how to ensure that technology was not impeding, but rather accelerating the organization’s growth. Our detailed recommendations balanced the advancement of the strategic plan, while meeting the needs of the staff and key stakeholders.
