Template: Change Management Impact Catalog

Technology change impacts different people in different ways. With technology or process change in your organization, it is important to catalog what adjustments to individual behavior are needed to make the change a success. Whether the changes have a low or high impact, creating a catalog of the changes ahead – getting the project team, stakeholders, and departments on the same page – will greatly enhance your ability to allocate resources, time, and emotional energy to the stakeholders who need support.
