CRM Selection Assistance of Nonprofit Helping Solve Complex Problems

The Story

A national nonprofit focused on addressing large and complex societal issues learned their current CRM system was to be decommissioned and needed to find a replacement that served the entire organization. The organization’s initial priority was selection of a comprehensive CRM system and later became aware that an ERP solution was also needed.

Build mapped the constituent journey life cycle with a focus on analyzing the constituent groups the organization had and what journey those groups walked within the organization. This allowed Build to detail the requirements for process and data management and lead the vendor selection effort. Build sought out a solution partner to conduct the implementation of an integrated CRM and ERP solution. The nonprofit was unable to complete the implementation due to budget constraints but arrived at a three year detailed implementation plan that included CRM, ERP, integrated solutions for marketing automation, professional services, HR, document management, social collaboration, and reporting & analysis.
